Sponsors
Sponsorships provide the critical funding that make the Tour possible, covering marketing (print and digital), advertising (social media, flyers, banners, t-shirts), mailers and this web site. Donations made to the DFW Solar Tour through the North Texas Renewable Energy Group are tax-deductible.
Sponsorship levels
Watts: $50, $100, or $150 – Our Watts levels sponsors have the option of mention on our website with name, description and contact information. These sponsorships are perfect for individuals supporting the tour.
Kilowatt: $250 or more – Your logo displayed as a Kilowatt sponsor on the 2022 DFW Solar Tour website and on NTREG Event Partners & Sponsors website banner after the tour. This level is perfect for small businesses interested in supporting the tour.
Megawatt: $500 or more – Kilowatt benefits + your logo displayed as a Megawatt sponsor on the Tour website and on Tour sign-in sheets/information flyers displayed at tour locations.
Gigawatt: $1000 or more – Megawatt benefits + your logo displayed as a Gigawatt sponsor on the Tour website and Tour marketing flyers distributed at various public locations. Your organization can also distribute company marketing literature (tri-folds, business cards, etc.) at pre-approved tour locations.
Terawatt: $2500 or more – Gigawatt benefits + Exclusive Sponsor benefits. As a top-level sponsor, your company will work with the Tour committee to coordinate exclusive advertisement on social media. Your company will be prominently displayed on print and digital media locations, including website, flyers and press releases. The Tour committee will coordinate with a exclusive high traffic tour site to set up a booth for your organization on the day of the Tour.
